The information printed on the product packaging delivered to you should be checked before consumption. In the event of a material discrepancy between the website and the product label, please contact us before consuming the product.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

13. ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent through email, SMS, WhatsApp, the customer account or another communication method provided during checkout.

Courier tracking updates are supplied by the relevant logistics provider and may not always update immediately.

Customers should contact us at info@vibentdelights.com where an order is substantially delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received.

14. CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at info@vibentdelights.com with your order number.

A cancellation request is not guaranteed once processing, packing or dispatch has begun.

We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, an unserviceable address or other reasonable operational or legal grounds.

Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Any cancellation fee will only be applied where legally permissible and clearly disclosed.

15. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges merely because:

• You changed your mind;

• You did not like the taste, aroma, texture or appearance;

• You ordered the wrong product;

• The product has been opened or partially consumed; or

• The product was not stored in accordance with the instructions provided.

You may request assistance where the product delivered is:

• Incorrect;

• Missing from the order;

• Expired at the time of delivery;

• Damaged, broken or leaking;

• Delivered with visibly tampered packaging; or

• Materially different from the product ordered.

You must report such an issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@vibentdelights.com.

Your request should include:

• Order number;

• Description of the issue;

• Clear photographs or videos of the product;

• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging;

• Batch number and expiry or best-before date; and

• Any other information reasonably required to investigate the issue.

Do not discard the product or packaging until the request has been reviewed, unless retaining it would be unsafe.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution, including:

• Replacement of the affected product;

• Refund for the affected product;

• Store credit, where accepted by you; or

• Another remedy required under applicable law.

Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply after a refund is initiated.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

16. STORAGE AND USE OF PRODUCTS

Customers must follow the storage, preparation, serving and consumption instructions displayed on the product packaging.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused after delivery due to:

• Improper storage;

• Exposure to excessive heat, moisture or sunlight;

• Failure to seal the product correctly after opening;

• Use after the stated expiry or use-by date;

• Contamination after opening; or

• Failure to follow the instructions on the packaging.

Products should be kept away from children where the product label or nature of the product requires adult supervision.

You may be permitted to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content.

Content submitted by you must not:

• Be false, misleading or defamatory;

• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
